Skip Spriggs

Skip Spriggs is an experienced CEO, Board Director and subject matter expert in several areas, including executive and human resources leadership, diversity and inclusion and corporate board diversity. He is the former president and CEO of The Executive Leadership Council, the preeminent membership organization for black CEOs, board directors, and senior black executives dedicated to growing the number of global

black executives in C-Suites, on corporate boards, and in global enterprises. Mr. Spriggs has served in senior business roles at Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries over the last 35 years. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TIAA, where he led all aspects of human resources strategy and execution for the company’s global workforce. He joined TIAA from Boston

Scientific, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team. Mr. Spriggs has held executive leadership roles at The Home Depot, Levi Strauss & Co.


Nicole Hansotia has a diverse background in B2B and B2C marketing, sales, strategy and business development. In her last role before retirement, Nicole worked for the executive placement powerhouse, Egon Zehnder. Prior to consulting, Nicole spent 15 years of her career at John Deere based in the US and Germany. In her penultimate role with the organization, she led a multi-national team responsible for Advertising, Public Relations, eBusiness, Social Marketing and Events across all of Europe, Africa and Russia. Earlier in her career, Nicole led Mergers and Acquisitions for several business segments of John Deere and was responsible for marketing, sales and strategic growth planning for the John Deere Golf and Sports Turf division.

Nicole Hansotia received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where she played basketball. She also received her graduate degree from Northwestern University. Today Nicole Resides in Atlanta with her husband Eric and her two children Alexa and Everett.



Hugh Massie is a “reformed accountant” who has become a behavioral sciences pioneer, high-stakes decision orchestrator, boys without father’s mentor, devoted dad, keen tennis player and golfer.

Since 2001, Hugh has been the Executive Chairman of DNA Behavior International which he founded as “The Behavior and Money Insights Company”.Hugh self-empowers people globally with identity and money clarity for unleashing behavior and money energy so they can stress less, do more and be well.

With his ability to integrate behavior and money insights combined with a strong financial experience, Hugh is a catalyst for quickly connecting the unconnected enabling the acceleration of dramatic change while aligning results, relationships and meaning on a sustainable basis. He serves CEO’s, boards and advisory boards globally.

He is passionate about helping youth globally to learn who they are so they can capitalize on their talents and build relationships for moving forward into life with greater confidence to succeed.


Randall C. McMichael

Randall “Randy” McMichael co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC in 2006. Prior to co-founding the firm, Randy was the marketing and managing attorney for Trey Inman & Associates, PC (2004-2006). Randy began his legal career with Russell M. Stookey, PC in Hiawassee, Georgia in 2003. He is the firm’s managing partner and heads the firm’s builder and resale divisions. Randy represents developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokers with their real estate and legal needs. In 1999, Randy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2003.

Admissions & Memberships: Randy is an active member of Perimeter Presbyterian Church, State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Mortgage Broker’s Association of Georgia, Homebuilder’s Association of Georgia, and Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.
